We're Already Out Here
A to Z Plumbing works out of Bremerton and covers roughly thirty miles in every direction that doesn’t require a boat. That means most of the Kitsap Peninsula, Belfair and Allyn in Mason County, and everything across the bridges into the Gig Harbor and Tacoma side of Pierce County. Alex lives on this side of the water, so a job in Poulsbo or Port Orchard doesn’t start with a ferry queue.

Where the Line Actually Gets Drawn
A service area is usually described in miles. Ours is drawn by access instead, because on a peninsula those are two different things. Alex set the rule himself before anyone suggested it to him: anywhere within about thirty miles that doesn’t connect through Seattle or the ferry system.
That rule does most of the work. Vashon and Whidbey are out, because the only way onto either is a boat. Anything past Twin Spits is out. West across Hood Canal is out, because reaching it means going all the way up and around. What’s left is the peninsula plus the towns you can reach over a bridge, and that is where the trucks already are.
It matters more than it sounds. An arrival window only holds if the drive behind it is predictable, and out here predictability comes down to what sits between the truck and your house: a ferry schedule, a bridge, or nothing at all. Ours starts the morning already on your side of the water.

How Fast
We Can Get to You
Silverdale, Port Orchard, and the Bremerton core are minutes away, and those are the towns where same-day work is easiest to fit. Poulsbo, Seabeck, Suquamish, Manchester and Southworth sit in the next ring out. Kingston, Port Gamble, Bainbridge, Belfair and Allyn are a longer run, and the Pierce County side across the Narrows is longer still.
We’re on the phone from 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday and hold same-day slots for the calls that can’t wait. We’re closed weekends, and we’d rather tell you that than take the booking and disappoint you on a Saturday.
When you book, you’ll get an arrival window rather than a vague half-day. Call and we’ll tell you honestly what today looks like for your address.

Alex and Michael have done outstanding work on three different plumbing issues. They respond quickly to scheduling work, show up on time, and work efficiently. They are very knowledgeable about each issue I presented. They quote pricing up front so there are no surprises. They are fair in their pricing. They are friendly and always leave a clean work area. I would highly recommend A to Z Plumbing. I know we will ALWAYS call them for any plumbing needs.

Alex and Tanner were amazing! We had an interesting, and I would say challenging, situation that needed to be addressed in several ways. They were both professional and competent. Alex returned messages and calls promptly, and addressed all the hiccups we encountered quickly. He is a kind and honorable person – we are SO glad we called A to Z plumbing, and will absolutely call them for all our plumbing needs!

10/10 Would recommend. A to Z plumbing came out to repair a busted water main for me as an emergency service. Alex and his team arrived within 15 minutes of my emergency and remained cool, calm and collected. They worked together to solve the problem quickly and efficiently. They were knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with their service and I will be using them again for future plumbing related services. A to Z plumbing had clear pricing that was consistent with their industry. If you want something done right, don”t do it yourself. Just call A to Z plumbing and enjoy your peace of mind.

Service Area Questions
“We tell you the price before we start, give you options instead of an ultimatum.”
My town isn't on the list. Do you come out here?
Probably, if you’re on the peninsula or over one of the bridges. The list above is where we have pages, not a fence. Call with your address and we’ll tell you straight away whether you’re inside the radius, rather than booking you and cancelling later.
Do you serve Vashon or Whidbey Island?
No. Both are ferry-only, and a ferry schedule sits between us and your house all day. We’d rather be honest about that than take the job and miss the window. Everywhere on our list is reachable by road or bridge.
Bainbridge Island is an island. Do you take a ferry to get there?
No, and this catches people out. Bainbridge connects to the peninsula by the Agate Pass Bridge at its north end, so we drive on from the Poulsbo side. The ferry is how Seattle reaches Bainbridge; it isn’t how we do it.
You're based in Bremerton but you list Tacoma. How does that work?
The rule is about ferries and Hood Canal, not mileage. Tacoma and University Place sit at the far end of Highway 16, straight over the Narrows Bridge from Gig Harbor, so they’re a normal drive with no boat in it. When Alex talks about the other side of the water, he means Seattle and the ferry system.
Do you cover rural properties on wells and septic?
Yes, and a lot of our work is exactly that. Large parts of unincorporated Kitsap and Mason are on private wells and onsite septic, which changes what goes wrong and how it gets fixed. Untreated well water is hard on pipes and water heaters, and we work on those houses constantly.
